Effective as of November 12, 2025
Nabila is fundamentally committed to fostering a secure digital space. This policy outlines our stringent principles and operational protocols designed to protect minors and uphold a safe community.
Nabila is an adult-oriented service and is not intended for individuals under the age of 18. We explicitly do not direct our services to children, and the creation of an account or access to the platform by any minor is strictly forbidden.
We maintain an absolute zero-tolerance stance towards any activity that exploits, endangers, or abuses minors. Prohibited behaviors include, but are not limited to:
A. Any form of predatory grooming or solicitation of a minor.
B. Creating, disseminating, or promoting child sexual abuse material (CSAM).
C. The sexualization of minors through imagery, speech, or actions.
D. Sextortion, blackmail, or trafficking of a child.
E. Any inappropriate physical or digital interaction with a minor.
Engaging in such conduct will lead to immediate and permanent account termination. Furthermore, Nabila is legally obligated to and will proactively report any instance of CSAM to the relevant authorities, including the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC).
By registering for an account, you warrant that you are 18 years of age or older. Nabila employs verification systems to screen for underage usage. Any attempt to misrepresent your age will result in the permanent suspension of your account.
All user-generated content and live interactions must adhere to our platform safety requirements. This includes a strict ban on:
A. Sexually explicit material or behavior.
B. Harassment, bullying, or any form of hateful conduct.
C. Any content that could be deemed harmful to minors.
Users are solely responsible for ensuring their content complies with these standards at all times.
We empower our community to help maintain safety. Users can and should report any content or behavior that appears to violate this policy.
In-App Reporting: Streamlined tools are integrated within the application for flagging concerns.
Expedited Review: All reports are prioritized for swift investigation by our dedicated safety team, leading to decisive action.
Violations of this Child Protection Policy will be met with rigorous enforcement, which may include:
A. Immediate removal of prohibited content.
B. Temporary or permanent suspension of account privileges and functionalities.
C. In severe cases, collaboration with and reporting to international law enforcement and child protection agencies.
Nabila actively promotes digital literacy and safety awareness. We provide resources to help users identify risks and protect themselves online, and we partner with global safety organizations to continuously evolve our protective measures.
If you encounter suspected child exploitation outside the platform, we urge you to contact specialized organizations directly:
The National Center for Missing and Exploited Children (NCMEC)
International Centre for Missing & Exploited Children (ICMEC)
By accessing and using Nabila, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and expressly agree to abide by this Child Protection Policy. Our collective vigilance is essential to maintaining a trusted and responsible community.
